The 2 ways to fix common Chromebook problems can be solved by:

IF you continue to have Chromebook problems - please inform your teacher. They must fill in a help ticket for you - and Ms Younis will call you to the Library to service it or replace it. (Note that there is a charge now in place for service fees and/or replacement cost.)

If you have physical damage to your Chromebook - you must seek out your Vice-Principal. It is the student's resposibility to ensure their Board provided Chromebook is cared for properly. Vice-Principals will then contact the LAN Admin re: next steps.
