CHROMEBOOK 101 - For ALL Students!

If your Chromebook is misbehaving try these things in order:

1. Clear your memory cache 
2. Remove unapproved games under EXTENSIONS
3. Powerwash/Reset your Chromebook
4. Update your CHROME OS (OPERATING SYSTEM)

IF you continue to have Chromebook problems - please inform your teacher. They must fill in a help ticket for you - and Mr. Ramsunar or Mr. Beggs will call you to the Library to service it or replace it. (Note that there is a charge now in place for service fees and/or replacement cost.) 

If you have physical damage to your Chromebook - you must seek out your Vice-Principal. It is the student's resposibility to ensure their Board provided Chromebook is cared for properly. Vice-Principals will then contact the LAN Admin re: next steps.
